National Express
run long-distance coach services from Scotland.

First ScotRail run the majority of services within Scotland & the Caledonian Sleeper services to London

GNER is the main operator on the East Coast Main Line (Edinburgh-York-London King's Cross)

Virgin Trains is the main operator on the West Coast Main Line (Glasgow-Birmingham-London Euston) and for Cross-Country services (South-West & South Coast of England-Birmingham-Scotland)
